Gio Narayan is a yoga and movement teacher with a grounded, intuitive approach shaped by years of dedicated personal practice and teaching experience.
His work blends traditional Hatha yoga, functional movement, breathwork, and meditation to support students in reconnecting with the body through presence, rhythm, and strength. Drawing from a deep awareness of physical and energetic alignment, Gio guides students into practices that are intentional, embodied, and free from performance.

You’ll be gently guided to expand your inner vision beyond the ordinary, dissolving distractions and opening to limitless possibility. This journey cultivates profound mental clarity and presence. Regular meditation supports emotional balance, reduces stress, and enhances cognitive function.
Primal Moves
A restore to your body’s natural intelligence.
Primal Moves trains the body through primal quadrupedal movement patterns, such as crawling, lunging, and rotating, that progress in complexity and intensity. By working from the ground up, this practice builds real, functional strength while restoring natural mobility in the ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, and wrists. It helps correct posture, relieve joint tension, and improve overall coordination, ultimately restoring your body’s natural symmetry and alignment.
